When Phillips Homes builds a custom home for you, we build on budget, no surprises at the end. We give a line-by-line allowance for every step of the building process. Jerry personally meets with every homeowner every week for a walk through of the home to show the process of building your custom home and to discuss what will be happening the following week. We stand behind our homes providing you with a 90 day and a one year checklist for each homeowner and a one year Builder Warranty.
